Before License Activation
Order can be cancelled.If payment has not been processed or the license has not been issued, cancellation may be available.
After License Activation
Non-refundable.Once the license key is generated, activated, or premium features become available, purchases are non-refundable because the software license has been digitally delivered and cannot be returned.
Subscription Renewal
Automatic renewals can be disabled before the next billing cycle.
Renewal charges already processed are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
Exceptional Cases
