Using BlockWriteAI

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and use BlockWriteAI for lawful business, development, education, or organizational purposes.
If you are using BlockWriteAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, verification links, licenses, and workspace access.
Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or activity.Access to BlockWriteAI services depends on your active plan, license verification, seat limits, workspace role, and system availability.
We may modify, restrict, or suspend access to maintain security, performance, and service integrity.You agree to use BlockWriteAI lawfully and responsibly. Do not misuse the platform, distribute malware, violate laws, or interfere with service performance.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the platform or other users.Organization owners and admins control members, roles, invitations, domains, permissions, and usage policies within their workspace.
We are not responsible for internal policies, access decisions, or member actions within organizations.You must use approved domains and maintain accurate domain records. Access is limited to authorized users within your workspace.

Subscriptions, Licenses & Premium Plugins
Premium features, AI actions, signatures, Mermaid, drawings, and signature flows may require an active plan, valid license, available credits, and workspace authorization.
Choose a plan that fits your needs. Billing is based on the selected plan, seats, domains, AI credits, and premium access.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a written agreement.New users may get a limited trial with restricted features, AI credits, and plugin access. Trials cannot be extended or transferred.
Trial limits, availability, and duration may vary by plan or promotion.AI actions such as generate, summarize, improve, Mermaid, signature flow, and more consume credits based on usage rules.
Unused credits may not roll over or be refunded unless stated otherwise.Premium plugins like drawings, Mermaid, signatures, signature flows, and advanced blocks require an active plan and valid license.
Plugin availability may vary based on plan, region, or update cycle.License keys are issued for permitted domains, seats, features, and billing periods. You may not share, resell, or sublicense keys.
Misuse of license keys may result in suspension or termination.Each plan includes a specific number of seats. Additional seats can be purchased based on availability and your plan.
Seat limits apply per workspace or organization as applicable.Licenses are valid only for approved domains and authorized workspaces. You must maintain accurate domain records.
Unauthorized domains may lead to license deactivation.Plans renew automatically unless canceled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel as per the billing terms of your plan.
Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.Your Plan. Your Responsibility.You are responsible for selecting the right plan, managing licenses, monitoring usage, and ensuring you have the required credits, seats, and permissions.

Content, AI Usage & Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, generate, sign, or process through BlockWriteAI. You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and ensuring your usage follows applicable laws.

AI may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Final decisions are your responsibility.You may not use BlockWriteAI to create or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unethical content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.BlockWriteAI, including its software, interfaces, documentation, premium plugins, AI models, and brand, is owned by BlockWriteAI or its licensors.
These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you or your organization.We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use BlockWriteAI services according to these Terms and your plan.
